Program Description:

When you opt in to the Program, you agree to receive text messages related to:

• Insurance quotes and quote follow-ups
• Policy information, service updates, and billing reminders
• Appointment confirmations and reminders
• Important notices related to your insurance needs
• Occasional educational content and offers related to insurance products and services provided by Honaker Agency – Goosehead Insurance

Message frequency varies based on your interaction with us (for example, when you request quotes, need updates, or have active policies or appointments).

3. CONSENT TO RECEIVE TEXT MESSAGES

By providing your mobile phone number and completing any of the following actions, you provide express consent to receive SMS text messages from Honaker Agency – Goosehead Insurance at the number you provided:

• Submitting a web form on the Site that includes a consent checkbox, and selecting that checkbox
• Verbally or in writing requesting that we text you information related to quotes, policies, or appointments

4. OPT-OUT INSTRUCTIONS (STOP)

- To stop receiving messages, text “STOP” to any message you receive from us. After you send “STOP,” we will send you a confirmation text to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us on that number, unless you opt in again.

- We may also recognize equivalent opt-out keywords such as END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, or QUIT where technically feasible, and treat them as a request to stop messaging.

5. REJOINING THE PROGRAM (RE-OPT-IN)

If you previously opted out and would like to rejoin the Program, you may:

• Complete a new web form on https://www.honakeragency.com that includes SMS consent,
• Provide your consent again during a phone call or in-person meeting, or
• Respond to a specific opt-in prompt provided by Honaker Agency – Goosehead Insurance.

Once you have re-enrolled, you will again receive messages consistent with these Terms.

7. MESSAGE AND DATA RATES; FREQUENCY

Message and data rates may apply to any messages sent to you from us and from you to us. Charges depend on your wireless plan and carrier.

8. CARRIER LIABILITY DISCLAIMER

- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

- Delivery of SMS messages is subject to effective transmission from your wireless service provider and is outside our control. We are not responsible for delays or failures in receipt of any messages connected with the Program.

9. PRIVACY POLICY LINK

Your use of the Site and participation in the Program is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.

Required disclosures regarding mobile data:

No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, except for aggregators and providers of the text message services that enable delivery of the Program.

10. WEBSITE USE AND CONTENT

The Site provides general information about insurance products and services offered by Honaker Agency – Goosehead Insurance. Information on the Site and in SMS messages is for informational purposes only and does not:

• Amend or alter the terms of any insurance policy
• Guarantee coverage or premiums
• Create a binding contract of insurance
